« L’hôtel est à une distance de marche du Arrowhead et Kaufman center donc pratique pour les games mais loin de tout autrement. Les chambres sont propres mais les lits étaient désuets donc inconfortables. Le personnel était courtois mais personne n’est venu faire la chambre durant nos 3 nuits de séjour malgré l’enseigne à notre porte requérant un ménage. Le déjeuner était très varié. »

« The room was not clean—there were noticeable stains on the couch and the walls were in poor condition. The pool was also very unclean and did not appear properly maintained. The shower had no hot water at all, which was extremely frustrating. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially for a Holiday Inn Express. »

« We had a very nice clean room. The staff at night were less helpful (not rude, but not going out of the way to help you), but the morning/afternoon staff were amazing. Very nice location, we spent the morning walking the plaza, could get everywhere on the plaza just by walking. It was a great stay, I recommend. »

« Very nice room. It was pretty close to the Plaza and it is a very quiet hotel. It was full over the weekend and we didn't hear anyone above or next to us. Great staff too. »

« Staff Victoria, who offered her own Pizza to my husband at 10.30 p.m. when we checked in and was so hungry since the hotel restaurant closed at 09.00 a.m. Her kindness impressed both of us through out the stay with smile and willingness to assist. Quinton who is the hotel manager has gone beyond his scope of work even the clean the hotel lobby floor etc. the invaluable hotel team for others to follow.
