« L’hôtel est à une distance de marche du Arrowhead et Kaufman center donc pratique pour les games mais loin de tout autrement. Les chambres sont propres mais les lits étaient désuets donc inconfortables. Le personnel était courtois mais personne n’est venu faire la chambre durant nos 3 nuits de séjour malgré l’enseigne à notre porte requérant un ménage. Le déjeuner était très varié. »

« We had a very nice clean room. The staff at night were less helpful (not rude, but not going out of the way to help you), but the morning/afternoon staff were amazing. Very nice location, we spent the morning walking the plaza, could get everywhere on the plaza just by walking. It was a great stay, I recommend. »

« The room was not clean—there were noticeable stains on the couch and the walls were in poor condition. The pool was also very unclean and did not appear properly maintained. The shower had no hot water at all, which was extremely frustrating. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially for a Holiday Inn Express. »
