"We had the Newbury room and it was very comfortable and spacious. Very tasteful and thoughtfully designed. The grounds are lovely. The bidet toilets were next level! The location is in a quiet residential neighbourhood - about 10 min walk to the ocean.
About 10-15 mins by car to downtown Victoria. The restaurant is super busy every night (!) so didn’t manage to try it, so make sure you book in advance. Lovely boutique hotel! "

"If you want a really unique stay in Victoria, Hotel Zed is it! It's only a 25 minute walk from downtown Victoria and has tons of great dining options within walking distance.
The King room was clean and straight out of the 70's - a cute velvet green sofa, lounge chair, small dining table and mini fridge. I loved the green "stained glass" wall divider/closet.
The pool, hot tub and sauna were all great, and the waterslide was a fun bonus!
