"An absolutely delightful hotel, small, detail orientated, centrally located and very stylish. Nothing was too much trouble and they even have private parking which is incredible considering their prime location. Highly recommend this charming destination. Many thanks to the superb staff!"

"Lovely hotel, food and staff. The walk along the side of the canal into Bath was a true pleasure. Beautiful views of the Avon from the bar & restaurant. The staff were friendly and I can fully recommend the Fillet Steak, Panna Cotta Dessert and the Full English Breakfast. The parking is a bit tight, but even on the busy Saturday night, there were alternative car parking spaces available and 2 or 3 large cars managed to squeeze in fine, without causing an obstruction. I was also surprised to find out that the £10 parking charge is a one off charge for your stay and not per night as it appeared to be described on the Hotels.com website. I would definitely stop here again."

"Great hotel! Beautiful spa (free to hotel guests) and the pool lead out to great sun area with a beautiful pond and fountain in the background. Just a very nice area and nice grounds. The only reason I ding the service is coz I ordered lunch (sandwiches) and waited an hour. Now to be fair there a large wedding but even so……"
