Very friendly, cheerful & helpful staff on reception & at breakfast. The breakfast was exceeded our expectations- it was very busy at 8.30 on Sunday morning but the staff kept everything well topped up & with a cheerful smile. The room was clean & functional with a very good shower. The manager dealt with a corridor issue promptly & professionally. For the price could not fault the hotel & would definitely stay again when visiting family in Bristol despite it being a little out of the way.,

The room was exceptionally clean as was the bathroom. There was constant hot water in the shower. The bed was comfortable, although I did find the pillows a bit unforgiving. The soundproofing was excellent, which ensured a good night’s sleep.

Perfect place to stay for Bristol trip. Stayed 2 nights and couldn’t fault it. The rooms were spotless, the bed was comfy, and the shower was hot with great pressure. Staff at reception were super friendly and gave us great local food tips. The location made it easy to walk the local retail park and train station in 12 min. Breakfast has everything you need to start the day. Special thanks to customer assistant for her support during checking in. Great value - will book again next time I visit Bristol.
