Great hotel in a handy location...easy flat walk into the city. Everything is fresh and clean and the breakfast has a great choice. The only thing that lets it down is the extortionate cost for parking...way beyond anywhere else in Bath! We ended up using JustPark and paying £16 for over 24hrs parking rather than the £50 at the hotel!

Stay was very good and room was comfortable. However, I was shocked when I arrived to find out that the on site parking WITH the discount was 40 pounds per night, which made this stay vastly more expensive than I was planning. Parking cost should be clear on Expedia.

The property needs an overhaul. The carpets looked dirty and the bedsheet in one of our rooms had a stain, so we had to request that to be changed. The hotel staff were very helpful though. There might be better options at this price point.

Clean, modern hotel with quiet and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. 10-15 minutes walk to city centre with parking at the hotel and bus stop nearby. The hot breakfast every morning was delicious and great value.

Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and a comfortable room. On site parking was welcome as we had no intention to use our car for the duration of the visit. Good location to explore the City, and some very nice local places to eat and drink in the evening. It was nice to have a hotel bar too.

The room was very clean & comfortable, including the bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, in particular Bobo, who went out of his way to give us sliced limes to go in our gin and was such a lovely cheerful guy with a great sense of humour.
