Hotel Indigo Bath was a wonderful place to stay. The hotel has a lot of charm and character, and the location is excellent for exploring the Roman Baths, Bath Abbey, restaurants, and shops. Our room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the mix of historic character and modern comfort. It was a great choice for our stay in Bath, and we would definitely recommend it.
There really wasn't anything that we didn't enjoy about our stay at the Indigo. We were there for almost a week - which was long enough to really sample everything about the facility.
Really a classy place, all around. We weren't really thinking about the onsite restaurant and bar - but those turned out to be very nice feature, too. Excellent breakfast - either buffet, or from the menu.
One of my favourite stop overs during our trip! Our accommodation was perfect, every detail of our room was well above standards. All staff were super helpful and made us feel very welcome. Great location and parking available for a small fee.
This is a very cool place. I love the.art deco style, the people were very friendly there. Their beds were super comfortable. Charming views. I highly recommend it.
Centrally located hotel with good rooms and amenities. Nice to have air conditioning in the room during the August hot spell. Close to some good pubs and restaurants. Highly recommended.
Great location for touring Bath, easy walk to Bath Abbey, Roman Baths and the Hop on Hop Off bus. No parking / valet parking but a public parking lot close by, us the app MiPermit. A quirky, well appointed hotel, very comfortable rooms with excellent bathroom/shower. Brasserie Beau is a relaxed comfortable restaurent with a varied menu and an excellent Sunday roast. I would like different draft beers avaiable but thats all down to taste of course. A great stay and one I highly recommend.
Great location, very boutique style hotel.
The lighting in the room needs to be improved dramatically. It was dim and difficult to read a book.
Minor issue, but the coffee cups provided were old and had significant stains, a real put off if using them for coffee or tea.
The doors in lobby made significant noise that carried up through the second floor. Perhaps look at a way to dampen that.
Lovely hotel near Bath Abbey and Roman Baths. At check-in, the staff were very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
