"Excellent location, right across the street from the FedEx Forum and right around the corner from Beale Street. The hotel is walking distance to many 5 star restaurants (Flight - so good). Rooms were spotless and comfortable beds. After leaving, I ordered some of the towels and will order sheets and bathrobes for me and my husband. Excellent choice if staying in the downtown area!"

"The suites were wonderful, but strange how you have to get off on a certain floor, go essentially to a different building and on a separate set of elevators. The hot tub didnt work, and they were rude and tried saying it works but is a whirlpool not a hot tub so it isnt supposed to be hot. Most staff was rude "

"Was told when we arrived that our room (2 queen beds) wasnt available due to was already booked and offered a 2 full size bed room which is not what i wanted. But didnt have many options since we were 5 hours from home. But rooms were nice and clean."

"The room and location has a great aesthetic and very friendly staff. The only issue we had was the shower head didn’t stay up and the clog for the bathtub did not work. Otherwise everything was great"
