"The hotel hallways were dirty and stained. The door to the hotel room was not able able to deadbolt due to door jam being out of alignment. Security lock was loose. Bathroom was sticky and countertop was coming apart. Hot water took 15 min to warm. Room carpet was stained. Maid did not make bed on days serviced."

"We loved our room. It was exceptionally clean with well- throughout amenities. Only thing that was even a little annoying was the sounds of traffic and surrounding entertainment. This went into the wee hours of the morning, but we still had a pretty restful night!"

You can tell they’ve tried to make renovations, but some of the older parts still show through. It wasn’t terrible, but it also wasn’t great. Overall, would I stay here again? Probably not."
