"The place delivered on our objectives for our stay but note it could be considered average (3/5) pending your expectations. On the plus side it is brilliantly located on Main St, at a tram stop, really easy to come and go from. Our room was huge so brilliant for being on the road when you are living out of cases. "This property is located downtown memphis. This part of town has trolly cars starting the one way street surrounding the hotel. This made initial parking to check in difficult. We found a parking garage a few blocks away and drug our luggage along the city street and past dark alley ways. We didn’t feel unsafe but kept our radars on. The hotel was nice and the beds were like sleeping on clouds. We did not partake in their $15 very limited breakfast bar. "
