Brand new hotel that is easy walking distance to Beale Street.
Our first room had a leaking pipe behind the toilet and the maintenance guy said it was either coming from the room above or below us. We were transferred to a different room. The hotel was close to everything we wanted to do while in town. Parking is not free. You either pay for valet or self-park ...
Great friendly staff, Karen was awesome! Had a great recommendation dinner on my one night in Memphis. You cannot beat the location, literally a block from Beale Street! I will definitely be back to visit Memphis, and the Westin is where I will be staying.
Great location very close to Beale street. Very friendly staff. But the shower in the room was broken. You have to pay extra to park and for breakfast.
