« This place was a good stay. A few issues I had was television wouldn’t connect to WiFi I told staff and he said he will be up. I told him it is fine to go in while we are gone. I explain we heading out. Came back to the room after being on Beale st. Having a good time. We came back with dinner and to the microwave wouldn’t work and also the tv still was not connected to WiFi . I had to put on clothes go down stairs to warm up dinner. »

« Le Wifi ne fonctionne pas du tout dans les chambre seulement dans le lobby, ce qui est très décevant! Ensuite, le personnel n'est pas souriant du tout avec les francophones et y a un très grand manque de communication entre eux! Nous avons attendu la navette pendant 1h30 et appelé 3 fois avant qu'elle arrive!! Par contre les chambres étaient propre et les kits confortables! »

« Expérience chaotique ! Tout d'abord un des voituriers a confondu notre voiture avec un fumoir de Marijuana et nous a laissé un souvenir dans la voiture (j'ai gardé une photo de ce reste de cannabis) avec une odeur insupportable dans l'habitacle... Ensuite, la chambre était située derrière les ascenseurs dont les conduits étaient en courant d'air permanent et faisaient un bruit effroyable à chaque trajet vertical nous empêchant de dormir et donnant l'impression que les ascenseurs étaient dans la...
