"To wait 1 hour 30 min past your checkin time to be given a refund for the parking spot that is compulsory even though allocated to your room so no one else can use and then be charged for the use of the facilities when you can’t use them as you can’t get in your room and then not extend your check out so still no time use the facilities is a a joke. Then at check out still be charge $49 for the parking that they said was a good will gesture that you had to ask for it to be refunded is not ok check in staff said they would text when room was ready no text received. As you have to out by 11:00 and your room is still not ready at 17:30 is exceptionally bad for a very expensive night."

The pool area was a little oasis, the hot tub was the perfect temperature, the room was spotless, the bartender makes amazing drinks and the beds were comfortable! The only negative is that if you have loud neighbors the walls are a little thin. Luckily it was only one night."

"Overrated, they have a daily amenity fee that no one tells you about, I asked and they say they’re charging for the nesspreso machine and coffee and the gym. The staff is mainly rude. The location is great, it was overall clean and I liked the toiletries. You can do a much better hotel in San Diego for the same price."

"Clean rooms. Good housekeeping. Comfortable beds and pillows. A beautiful view of the ocean. A pleasant walk along the ocean. The hotel is very beautiful. Friendly waiters. I was disappointed that I was promised a late check-out, but unfortunately, I was unable to extend my stay in the room for a few hours. This upset me greatly. I'm giving it 4 stars. It's a real shame. Sorry."
