"This property was outstanding for our eclipse-watching family reunion. There was plenty of space both inside and out for our group of 18. We did puzzles in one of the two living rooms, swam in the pool, watched the eclipse at poolside, had a talent show in the party barn, and identified birds in the wild spaces. When we could tear ourselves away, we had a great time enjoying bbq and live music in Austin and swimming at Barton Springs Pool. Natalia was responsive and helpful."
"Very nice hotel, rooms layouts are great with all necessities and in excellent condition, very clean and cozy. Location is convenient for shopping and get to other areas. We are very happy with our stay in this hotel."
"Not the hotel's fault, but the road construction around it has changed access to driveway resulting in a 1.5 mile detour around a turn that's 400 feet away from the entrance. "
"Overall I it was a good experience.
My recommendations are:
* make sure the blanket is clean; it was not terrible but had hair which I wasn’t sure if it was from human or from dog.
* the chair in the work space was very unstable and therefore uncomfortable.
* the carpet by the bathroom is torn and looks ugly."

"Easy check in. They also allow early check in. Everyone working at the hotel was very nice. Rooms were big and had a couch in it. I enjoyed my stay and I recommend this hotel. "

"Service was great, our room we thought had an AC problem (it did not) but we were moved right away with no hesitation! Place is so close to many bars and restaurants, went to an event at moody center and it was super close as well. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Very clean. Beautiful room. Cool 3-D art on the wall. Great views of city. Location is perfect-close to everything. Rooftop pool. Had an issue with air conditioner was always on very cold. Had to ask twice for housekeeping to bring more coffee pods. "
