"Great for families. Location is perfect. Space was very clean. Balcony cant be used as freely as it is facing right at the parking entrance, so a lot of cars pass by as you are trying to sit and relax. Also every evening around 6 pm the closest elevator went under maintenance for some time(we stayed for 4 nights and it happened every night). This caused a hastle as the other elevator is a bit of a walk. Other than this, the stay was great."

"We loved the area. We walked to everything we did and every restaurant we ate at in Canmore. Canmore was less busy than Banff but still has so many great things to do. We loved sitting out on the balcony and enjoyed the hot tub. "

"Room was very clean, staff was great. But the ad was very misleading regarding location. The ad showed it being in Spring Creek area and the actual location was not revealed until non-refundable payment was made. Very unimpressed as we wanted the other area! False advertising!"
