Definitely not an area of town you could walk around and feel safe, but they do a good job of keeping the entire property secure and we felt very safe otherwise."

They gave us a complimentary room upgrade to a king suite as well as a voucher for free breakfast and 2 free drinks. "The staff was awesome and very helpful. They truly went above and beyond. Now cleanliness was on the otherhand awful i had to wipe down every surface and clean the bathroom to even fell comfortable using it. My child has a peanut allergy and among first coming in the room found old food somewhere and had a allergic reaction. Pretty disappointing of a fairly nice hotel with amazing staff, youd think cleanliness would be held to a higher standard to management. "
