I enjoyed the pool, amenities in the room, and the room itself. The property had everything that I needed. The one drawback is that the scenery surrounding property on north side (electrical equipment and train tracks) is obviously not park-like.

Service was not what I expected, really felt unwanted I mean I look young but I was turning 35 that’s the reason why I came to Denver to celebrate my bday but the hotel experience was the downfall of it all. From the first day I checked in I questioned the room I booked and it did not seem like the spacious glass house room I booked. The first day the front desk guaranteed it was the correct room so ok. I spoke to front desk the next day and they were dismissive and confrontational so I left it as is. My friends kept complaining so I spoke to the front desk again because we did pay extra for the room we were supposed to get, so the lady took my info for someone to call. The day passed and so we go into the next day, so Covid is in full effect and they do not do room service unless requested so we asked for it in person to a personnel cleaning the room next to us. We get back, no room service was done at all so we go to the front desk to ask why it wasn’t taken care of so instead of them letting us know right there in then that they were gone for they day instead the show up to our room minutes later to drop off towels and sheets to our room and told us that housekeeper was gone for the day. We had to make our own beds and put all sheets and stuff in the corner of the room. We literally had to go ask for toilet paper, yup toilet paper. Closing up to our checkout time you would think someone would reach out to make sure we were taken care of but that did not happen.
