Would definitely return and stay here! The accommodations were fantastic, the area felt extremely safe and the breakfast selection exceeded my expectations. Although, the car park is not exclusive to the hotel there is private access to the hotel with no safety concern. There was also plenty of parking that was available on the street ($0) between 10pm - 8am & $2.50/hour outside of the posted times.

The concierge staff, especially Andres were amazing! They helped us check in on a full house day and made some great recommendations for places to check out in Chicago

Making people feel special must be their superpower because I was pleasantly surprised by a special gift I received for my birthday. The staff was always courteous, helpful and friendly. I loved that the lobby where they had a few games you could play but was so relaxing and quiet that there were several people just sitting around and chatting. This hotel is in a very convenient spot in Downtown Chicago. It's less than 4 minutes walking from Lasalle Station (blue line),Harrison Station (red line), and several bus lines. That means you can reach all the city's attractions quite easily. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. Excellent hotel!

Great location, walking distance to most of the main attractions. Great hotel, great style. Room was super nice and bed very comfy. Would stay again. Room with view on the river is great for the view, just a bit noisy at night with sirens and honks. But overall perfect stay in Chicago !

First time in Chicago. No room service which sucked but everything else was great.
