"I want to say it was an amazing stay. I would definitely go back. The only hiccup came about on check out. The city was having a St.Patrick’s race and they started blocking off the streets at like 6am. Notification from the hotel or the virtual Concierge messages would’ve been amazing. "

"The room we had was apparently old it could use a new bathroom door. We had a stained towel folded the shower curtain and tub was old. The tub needs to be resurfaced. The elevator broken"

"Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the staff was not welcoming and gave the impression that they did not enjoy their jobs. Our room was not ready even though we arrived after the posted check-in time, which was frustrating—especially considering we booked one of the most expensive rooms at the hotel. To make matters worse, the overnight front desk employee was extremely rude and unprofessional. Between the poor communication, lack of proper training, and overall lack of hospitality, the experience did not match the price we paid at all. While the view was beautiful, it was simply not worth the amount of money we spent to be treated this way. Unfortunately, no real effort was made to accommodate us or make things right. Because of that, we will not be returning."
