As you enter through the finished walk-out basement, you’re greeted by a cozy family room. Down the hall is a full bathroom (stand-up shower), laundry/utility room, and a guest bedroom with a king bed.  
  
On the main floor, you’ll find an open-concept kitchen, dining area, and a spacious living room with a stunning stone fireplace, Samsung Frame tv. A charming enclosed porch opens to a large deck with breathtaking water views—ideal for outdoor dining or lounging. Two additional bedrooms—one king, one queen—and a bathroom with clawfoot tub & shower attachment complete this level.  
  
Upstairs, unwind in the expansive primary bedroom with vaulted ceilings, natural light, and a king bed. You’ll also find another beautifully built-in queen bedroom, and a full bathroom with stand-up shower and huge walk-in closet.
