« Great new property but it’s in a pretty industrial area. Lots of vagrants around which make you think twice about the open parking. They do have security patrolling and have controlled access to the lobby, but just be aware. The hotel itself is nice, clean and the rooms are well appointed for the price point. »

furthermore, maybe you could teach your desk employees where to locate the hotel on the paper map you’re offering at the arrival, that would help (or just don’t present paper map) »

"J’ai trouvé l’hôtel globalement très bien sauf :
- dans les chambres le minimalisme est poussé un degré trop loin ( du café, des amenities, 2/3 attentions auraient été sympa)
- le service est vraiment en dessous … une attitude trop branchée pour être sympa. Je suis arrivée seule avec deux gros sacs que j’ai porte seule à ma chambre… soit … mais meme ouvrir la porte semblait être trop demander … à 3 reprises.
- le message de texto du check out est trop familier et peu welcome
- l’espace piscine était sale…
En résumé super hôtel , super restaurant, super café , super démarche eco responsable … mais la relation à la clientèle / hospitalité est un step trop loin dans le familier et le hipster…
Et venant de moi c’est beaucoup dire"

Hôtel idéalement placé pour profiter de la ville à pied.
Néanmoins un effort doit être fait sur le ménage, la chambre n'était pas propre à notre arrivée, des tâches au sol, poils, cheveux... et le pire était l'odeur de la chambre! Certains diront que l'on en a pour son argent mais cela n'excuse pas le manque de professionalisme des agents d'entretiens."
