"I usually stay at the Menger but wanted to see what the Crockett was like. I very much liked the room and the proximity to the Alamo. Most of the staff were lovely. The front desk is lacking in staff and our initial check-in was less than friendly. I also would like other travelers to be aware of the late, 4:00, check-in.
