There are many steps in the Vatican Museums. If mobility can be an issue, check before the trip to get the best accessible route.
Be extremely careful if you go with City Wonders. They don't care if you get left behind in the crowd because the audio they gave you does not work and you won't be able to exit the Sistine Chapel to see St. Peter's Basicila. Basically, you lose most of the trip even though you paid a lot extra to "skip the line" and booked with the Vatican's "official partner".
My first and second time in the chapel were the best. You could actually enjoy the space and the beautiful art. Now you can hardly move in the Sistine Chapel.
Very busy, got skip the line tickets, but very packed and hard to enjoy

There was wall to wall people. You couldnt stop to see anything because a crowd of people was pushing you along. There was also a 2 hour wait to get in the doors. I wouldnt recommend it was underwhelming.
