« Inadmissible. 40 euros de frais de ménage (pratiquement aussi cher que le prix d'une nuit sur place) quand on arrive sur place, (même après heure fixée) le linge est par terre, le lit non fait et les draps non secs. En appelant le service de location de l'appartement, ils nous disent de régler en liquide le prestataire et si nous ne sommmes pas content nous n'avons qu'à partir (location déjà réglée par correspondance) et ce, à 21h30 ! Ils nous disent que les frais étaient clairement affichés...

« Could not recommend Hotel Residenz Schrannenhof enough! From literally the moment we walked in, we were treated like family and felt fully and wonderfully taken care of. They allowed us to check in early so we could nap after our long trip from the US, given recommendations on restaurants/bars and info on train tickets, and the breakfast was amazing every morning! The staff are incredible and our room was big and perfect. Plus, the hotel is literally right across the street from the train...

« Magnifiques logements très bien situés pour visiter Vienne. La décoration est faite avec goût. Les lits sont confortables. Les toilettes sont hors de la salle de bains (très pratique). Très bon Wi-fi. Quand nous sommes arrivés, nous n’avons pas eu le logement que nous avions réservé. Dans les 10 minutes, une solution a été trouvée. Merci pour cette réactivité. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et conseillerons ces logements à nos amis. »
