"Ok. So where do we begin. This is one of the nicest hotels anywhere (it does have a lot of awards) but then the A/C on the room does not work... After calling every four hours they send somebody who pretends to do something and you are back to begging for a colder weather so you don't have to sleep on whatever ambient temperature the city decides to throw at you. So my question is: Why invest in one of the best hotels in the world only to save some bucks on the A/C? Seriously?"
