« It's so clean because it's new, the garden is pretty, and the staff is so kind. It's a little quiet, so it's not crowded and it's good to go out nearby by bicycle or Didi. Breakfast is delicious and laundry service is free, so I used it well. I want to use it again on my next visit to Hangzhou! However, it was a little disappointing that there were no English-speaking employees because it was a place where many locals went. If that was solved, it would be perfect. »

« It was a pleasure. Breakfast was nice.. other than getting lost from taxi cabs. Make sure your cat knows where he’s going. We were dropped off twice and the cat dropped us off at a different location. Luckily the building is tall and lit it up. We were able to walk and find it. If you’re looking for something close to Disney, this is it but if you’re looking for a luxury expensive hotel, this is not it. It was something good for something short period. People are super nice. »

« Très belle surprise! La chambre était très spacieuse,confortable et avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Établissement très propre, le service de chambre est parfait. j’ai même eu le droit à un plateau de bienvenue avec des fruits. Le buffet pour le déjeuner est très bon et très varié, il y a beaucoup de choix. Le check.in s’est fait parfaitement et très rapidement. Merci. 🙏❤️ »

« L'hôtel est vraiment super, très agréable et d'un design fait avec beaucoup de goût. La chambre comme sur les photos, très propre et aucun détail n'est laissé de côté ! L'hôtel dispose d'un bar restaurant proposant café et petits plats pour se restaurer jusqu'à 23h quand tout autour est déjà fermé depuis longtemps. L'équipe est très pro et tous parlent anglais, c'est très pratique. L'hôtel est situé à 300 m de la station de bus et est situé au pied de la montagne, ce qui permet d'arriver au...
