Our downtown property is a favorite for travelers seeking all of Seward just outside their door. This is your home away from home! Whether you are on a girlfriends getaway or you and your buddies are fishing, whatever the adventure- this is the place to gather and rest your head. This is a two bedroom house. There is one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room/dining room area. Each of the rooms have a twin and a queen bed. This is a beautiful, cozy house that will satisfy all your vacation needs.

Weekend out of town

The house portion is very nice and sizable for a weekend get away to get out of town. Very close to downtown amenities and the SeaLife Center.

The location can not be beat

The house is located 1 block from park and 2 blocks from the sea life center. There are a lot of dining choices and shops.

Cutest little property

We had the best time staying here. It is perfect for families. Everything was comfortable! When we had a question or needed something, they are super quick to respond! We walked around, played on the playground, enjoyed the downtown scene, and had stunning views. This property is a great stay and would recommend!!

Just what we needed

The house was in a great location, walkable to many good restaurants and shops. The neighborhood was quiet, away from the harbor and crowds, which is what we were looking for. The house was clean, spatious and comfortable.

Spring Break escape to Seward

We decided on our yearly spring break with the grandchildren to go to Seward. This is the cutest, well appropriated VRBRO that we have stayed in a long time. Lots of room for grandparents, children, and grandchildren to have their own space.perfect to walk to the bay to explore or go to the SeaLife Center. Manager was on the spot immediately to help us get in. Perfect, perfect,perfect!

Comfortable house and location

This house was great for my son and I as we visited Seward in August 2024. There are portions of the house that are dated, but not uncomfortably so. Everything worked well, the house was well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. Communications with the property manager were quick and friendly. The house is within easy walking distance from restaurants and attractions.

Quaint cottage

Even though this is not a waterfront propery, the location was perfect for our family. Great water views from each side of the house. 1 min walk to waterfront trail and founder's monument. Awesome library/ museum across the street, which my kids loved!!! 2 block walk to mainstreet seward shops, restaurants, and gelato. Most fave part was sitting in lawn chairs basking in sun and watching Northern lights at night :) very clean and kitchen had everything we needed.

Six of us stayed at this Treasure of a home. Cute, clean and comfortable. The home is older but very well kept. One of the cleanest VRBO’s we have ever stayed at. Beds were comfy, linens were nice and plentiful. Host was very responsive. Close to water and downtown. I highly recommend this home.

There was a double bed and a twin bed in each of the two bedrooms plus a couch in the den and a sectional sofa in the living room. It was all one level with one bathroom and no washer/dryer in the unit. It was decorated like a beach house, cute and comfy, with a decent sized kitchen.

Perfect downtown location. Highly walkable to all. Nice that there was no long chore list. Comfortable but accommodations dated and bathroom needs updating to clean properly. Highly responsive host.

The location of the house is perfect! we didn't really need a car , everything was within walking distance (even for our 18 month old); play ground, sea life center and restaurants. The house is VERY clean and has everything you might need for the weekend! Definitely recommend! Tim and Lily were very responsive prior to booking and answered all my questions!
