Very friendly staff that went well above thier jobs to ensure we had a great stay. The pet rooms are a little older but clean.

Stayed a night to break up our travel. The property is on the older side but very clean. Had dinner at the restaurant onsite which was very good. Stay at restaurant and front desk very friendly.

Like the pool, gym, basketball courts were okay. The downsides: BED BUGS, hot tub wasn't working, pool was closed for 2 days, hockey team from Leamington was extremely loud and rude at night, threw snowballs at my window & ruined a snow sculpture I had made. The food at the restaurant was atrocious. The milkshake wasn't even a milkshake. It was lukewarm flavoured milk.... $8 per "milkshake" is just ridiculous. The servers workers didn't care about their jobs one bit. The "chef" was eating a sandwich behind the bar in street clothes after making our food. The room keys hardly worked and needed to be replaced multiple times a day. And to top it all off, the owner refused to make up for the situation by accommodating me in any way, besides by offering a gift card to eat at his restaurant which I had already told him was horrible.

Hi Nicolas, sorry you had a bad time at the hotel. But just to be fair, you were offered a deep discount on the room. You stayed in a double room for only 70+ a night. It cannot get better than that. You also grabbed bags of food (bagels etc.) each morning from the breakfast area. Our staff was very uncomfortable with your stay. To top if off you even offered to work with us. Sorry, but your review is valid.

The room was an outdated but clean. Front desk was friendly. We didn’t eat knowing they had a restaurant on site we get there find out the dining room was closed because they had a Halloween party the night before. We were hauling a trailer we couldn’t unpin to go else where. Thank goodness the breakfast was good

I LOVED MY STAY! Was a great start to the day playing basketball, racketball, swimming in a perfect temperature pool and having breakfast on site all for their low price. The place is clean and comfortable and I wouldn’t choose anywhere else then there to stay.
