"Room was spotless, all the staff were great and helpful. Location was perfect and could walk back after our evening on King Street. Breakfast was ok but could have been more hot, the butter on toast wouldnt melt and the potatoes were luke warm. It tasted fine though! Would go back without hesitation"

"The one side is undergoing Reno’s. Ground floor had ant problems in multiple rooms. Both my mom and my room had an issue with ants crawling all over the bed/room. The middle hotel with the pool is nice and upgraded. Bottom floor patio doors not very secure. "

"Hotel door & jam was damaged which made opening & closing tougher than it needed to be. Elevator location not conveniently located. Had to use stairs. Strong pot odour"
