Good morning,Thank you for leaving a review.Unfortunately, we do have a 24-Hour cancellation policy.Our employees noted that you did show up for check-in and when informed that the card provided was not accepted at our location, you said that you would be back and never showed up.We did charge you as a no-show considering what was said between you and the employee. As for cancelling the fee is the price for the 1-night, therefore we will not be issuing a refund. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

We did have a professional inspection conducted the very next day from Orkin who confirmed that in was not the bug type that you thought it was and it was in fact harmless to humans.
