Location in good and close to attractions. The area was not safe feeling with kids. The hotel was clean. Parking is a joke there. For how much the hotel is should come with free parking.

The rooms were good but the parking sucks I couldn’t park at the so I parked in the pay lot and got a ticket of $100 because I was five minutes late to fill my meter. All because I couldn’t park at the hotel

It's a good value property. There is good security in a neighborhood that could be sketchy - which describes most of downtown Seattle these days. One front desk staffer struggled with English. And I would suggest bringing your own soap as, for some reason, they got cheap with that. Otherwise, all staffers were friendly and professional. The room was clean and generally okay with a good bed and TV and it was a good deal, all the way around. I would stay here again.

Limited, difficult parking around the hotel. Drive up location to the hotel is not obvious. Called reservations to confirm whether valet was available and was told no. When collecting our room keys we were told they valet was available.
