Hotel is in a close walking distance from Space Needle, Childrens’ Museum, MoPop, monorail station, Seattle Center, Whole Foods, and local restaurants. Breakfast is good and convenient. The hotel common areas are clean and staff is very friendly. Underground parking available.

I really liked the convenient location, service and cleanliness of the inn overall. However, I didn't like the amenities and "breakfast buffet" as there wasn't much to choose from, and not a lot of dining room. I also didn't like how soft the beds are, same goes for the pillows. Small defects in Room furniture, but overall looks clean.

Had a very good and relaxing stay at the hotel. The hotel is very centrally located in the heart of downtown. Most places of tourist attractions are within walkable distance. The only negative I would give to the hotel is that they do not provide complimentary parking on the property. I understand that the real estate cost in downtown must be equal to its value in gold, but when the hotel is charging CAD $250 a night, they can certainly give $25 worth of parking for free.

#1The room was not ready when promised. #2 i had to ask for trash bags, soap, and get the fridge fixed as it wasnt plugged in and operational. The sheets do not fit the queen sized beds, the second you sit on the bed they pop off and curl around you. The bathrooms are so small you cant go in the bathroom abd close the door without getting into the bath tub. The complimentary breakfast is set up completely wrong which makes it very hard to navigate and other guests are rude. The kitchen staff was not SERVICE DOG friendly and totally LIED about my SERVICE DOG "snapping at guests" and trying to take peoples food, but when i asked for proof they refused to produce it. The room did not have amenities i was ASSURED the room had over several phone calls and upon checking in. Cell phone internet like hot spots DO NOT work in the building snd they was 5 bucks PER DAY for their crappy public internet. They charge for parking!!! Ita 25 bucks a day plus sales tax plus PARKING TAX! And their parking is extremely tight and very limited. They double charged me for incidentals i never used and over charged me for parking! And to top it all off they only have 2 luggage carts for the entire hotel so they are NEVER available! I do not recommend this hotel and i would not stay here again.
