I arrived and did not have shampoo in the room, had to go to the desk and request. I requested towels before I left for the day the following day , was assured I would receive a room refresh that day. Returned that evening to no room refresh and no towels. I called down stairs and was assured I would have some rushed to my room. I also placed an order for room service and requested delivery at 8. At 8, someone called to tell me that the room service was down and I would not receive my meals and that I would be credited. I then proceed to order Door Dash and went downstairs where I mentioned I had been waiting for towels for hours…again I was assured I would have some “rushed to my room”. By 11 pm no towels were delivered I went to bed. In the a.m I sent my husband downstairs to check on towels and inquire about the $117 room service charge and we were assured towels would come soon and I would not be charged for room service. We went to breakfast and came back to no towels again. I had to call downstairs to speak to a hotel manager who assured me he would hand deliver the towels we had asked for now 4 times and toilet paper since the room was not stocked. He delivered the towels. Today I check out and you can guess that I was in fact charged for the room service that was never delivered. I received a text from the hotel and mentioned that my bill indicated I was charged and they said oops we will send you a new bill. I have never experienced anything like this before.
