"The location is great, apartment had an amazing beach view. Some items inside need some attention but nothing bad. I understand the sea and its constant salt takes it toll on properties. As does renting out. Our apartment had a box with beach toys which was fun for my nephews from The Netherlands, who were on their first trip to the U.S. steps from beach, didnt use pool. Rules are clearly posted inside. But overal I had this " I paid too much" feeling while staying there. Maybe not a fair...

"Awesome location, only a couple minutes walk to the beach. Very spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Only downside was a washer/dryer combo unit that didnt dry. Not great when you go to beach everyday and cant dry towels. Also problematic as you wash clothes - you cant dry them... make sure you get a unit with separate washer and dryer."

"Enjoyed our stay. The weekend, there was a family that was smoking weed and it went all through out the property, but i will not hold it against the property. Pool was good. Apartment was solid. Bring blankets if you get cold easily. Kitcen was clean. It really was a pretty nice place. Would recommend to friends and family. "

"The communication with the property owner was excellent, the condo is beautiful and well stocked. The view was the best and the location was great. However, we took our 81 year old mother for mother's day and she did not leave the condo the whole weekend because of her inability to get back up the 4 flights of stairs. If that information is in the description, I missed it."
