Well kept and very clean. As soon as I walked in I felt relaxed and comfortable. The back yard was beautiful. Lots of natives birds would visit early morning. Just a beauty sounds of Mother Nature. ##### roel v. The owner met us for the initial walk thru. Had two sets of keys- perfect for the guys to go fishing and the girls to junk shop. Christmas time was perfect. Temperatures was in the 70's each day. I recommend anyone who needs the space to check this one out. We ate in every meal but the last night we ordered pizza to save the clean up. Plan to go back as soon as we can work it out. ##### Teresa B. It has a lovely yard. It is just a couple blocks to the beach which is within easy walking distance. Arlene was very friendly, nice, and helpful. The home was comfortable and Arlene was gracious. We really enjoyed the breakfast at Yummies Bistro. We had a wonderful birthday celebration at Kohnami Japanese Restaurant. The chef Alex was wonderful to us and the birthday girl. I would recommend Arlene’s house to anyone. ##### Jan N.
