"Lovely secluded property located in woods of Sullivan. Loved the peaceful setting on Flanders Pond. Amazing sunsets and star gazing, with beautiful water view from common area. The house is comfortable and has all the basic necessities, and then some.Had a fantastic week here! Explored Bar Harbor, and Acadia, as well as Schoodic Peninsula. Lots to do! Will need to come back!"

"We had an absolute blast staying at the Loon cabin! The location on Donnell Pond is stunning, peaceful, scenic, and the perfect backdrop for catching up with friends and family. Having direct water access was a huge bonus, and being able to bring our boat made the trip extra special. We spent our days out on the water and our evenings relaxing by the fire pit near the beach. The cabin itself was cozy, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was pretty comfortable too and that’s huge for us! Thank you for sharing this gem of property. We’d love to come back again!"

"Taylor Cabin is clean and comfortable, and the location is amazing! We enjoyed swimming in the clear lake, listening to the loons, watching meteors in the night sky, and more. There are good trails for mountain biking, and hiking trails nearby. A great place for a family vacation!"

"Great little cabin on a big pond. More hummingbirds than I've ever seen at the feeders. Loons. Beautiful stars. Clean cabin, comfy beds, lovely outside area. Nice breezes off the lake. Treats to greet us. And a fabulous place to be. You can walk to Schoodic mountain, and explore other ponds and lakes in the area, not to mention the breathtaking coast."

Waterfront Cabin w/ Kayaks & Fire Pit on Flanders Pond

"We had a very nice stay here. The place worked well for our family of 5, had everything we needed for meals and enjoying the lake. The lake was absolutely wonderful and was everything we hoped for. Enjoyed the 2 kayaks (a 1 person and a 2 person kayak), swimming and the beautiful sunsets from the deck. The fire pit was great to have and we used it most nights. The washer/dryer was also helpful to have and worked well. We really liked the location: quiet and remote, and only about 30 minutes to Schoodic Point and about 45 to Acadia. The lake was quiet when we were there but imagine it could get more active in later Summer months. But the house is surrounded by trees and somewhat isolated from neighbors. The only minor issue we had was some difficulty with the WiFi/internet at times- may have been the rain, or too many people trying to use at the same time. The property manager responded very quickly to resolve and called the internet provider right away to make sure there were no issues. Overall we loved our time there and hope to return some day!"
Sweet Tiny Home on an Organic Farm

"Great little tiny home with many amenities! It was clean and quiet with privacy in a lovely setting. The pros: -Becka was excellent with communication! She reached out ahead of our arrival to give us a heads up about the town layout and lack of grocery store so we could stop at the grocery store in the adjacent town for food, etched made sure we were aware of where to park and how to enter. She even had a folder on the counter with maps of the surrounding land and a slew of information. -The home was well-equipped with pots/pans/dishes, soap and shampoo & conditioner, towels, blankets, etc. -Everything was eco-friendly! The compost toilet was a little strange at first but we got used to it quickly. Since it’s a farm, we could compost all of our food scraps as well, and the toiletries and cleaners were also eco friendly. -Plenty of hot water for showers! -Everything worked properly Cons: Really, the only thing was the bedroom area. The ceiling is very low (about 3 feet tall) and being tall people, this was a minor issue. We literally crawled into bed and learned real quick not to sit up in bed too quickly lol. Overall though, not a huge deal. We’d stay again if we go back to the area."
