"Very nicely equipped apartment with 2 great balconies. A flight of stairs between the bedroom and bathroom was OK for us but could be a bit difficult for older/ handicapped visitors."

"We are a family of 2 adults and 2 x teenage children. We stayed at the Villa for Christmas and we are so glad that we chose the lake rather than the town of Fussen. There are views of the alps from the lounge room and outside courtyard. It was wonderful waking up to the views of the lake. "Staying here was a fabulous experience! Sabrina and Christian were attentive and gracious hosts. The farm ambiance was especially loved by our 4 year old granddaughter, as was the play area. "This property had everything we needed plus books and games. The balcony provided a nice view of the mountainous country side. The house is worth going a few miles off the main roads, it is bright and clean and well-looked after. We would happily stay there again. It has no laundry facilities but a 5 minute drive into the nearest town will solve that problem if laundry needs to be done. One piece of advice: contact the host for accurate directions as there don't seem to be any street names in...
