"A new hotel with carefully thought out room designs from someone who seems to actually travel. Everything is new and shiny, and works. Very professional and courteous, multilingual staff. If the other hotels in this chain are up to the Sapporo standard, I'd stay there exclusively. Great value!"

"the hotel was very nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. it was nice to have a laundry room. The breakfast was okay. The only issue we had was the bed was very hard, it was like sleeping on the floor."
