"今回は、旧友６名で宿泊しました。 非対人でのチェックインなので、とても不安でした。また、入室の鍵の場所などの案内が不足していて、とてもチェックインに時間を要しました。 部屋は綺麗に掃除されていました。 夕食後、みんなでカラオケを楽しみにしていたのですが、プロジェクターの映像で画質が荒く、かつ訪日客仕様で選曲もできず使用を断念しました。全く日本人には使えません。 トイレが1ヶ所のため、とても不便でした、 とても楽しみにしていたので残念でした。"

"客室等清潔でとても良かったです。ただ玄関を開けると塗装の臭いなのかちょっと臭いが気になりました。 調理器具や食器等も色々と揃っててちょっとした料理も出来ます。 とても快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 また北海道に旅行する際は宿泊したいと思いました。"

"It’s a great hotel to stay at. It’s only about a 4-minute walk from Sapporo Station. The staff always greet guests warmly at the front entrance. The rooms are very nice, clean, and comfortable. The only thing that could be improved is the temperature in the hallway, which was a little too cold outside the rooms. Overall, this is definitely one of my top choices for a hotel in Sapporo. I would highly recommend staying here."
