"he room I stayed in was clean and tidy, and the overall environment was comfortable. However, I was disappointed by the service arrangement at the front desk during check-in. When I arrived at the hotel, the staff at the reception did not offer any assistance and simply directed us to use the self-service machine to check in by ourselves. The self-service machine repeatedly malfunctioned and I was unable to complete the check-in process smoothly, but the staff on duty only focused on serving other guests and did not come over to check on my situation or offer help. I waited multiple times but still received no response. For a hotel, the check-in experience is an important part of the first impression. The lack of proactive assistance and care from the front desk staff fell well below my expectations of the service standard of the hotel. "
