Close enough between Santa Fe and Albuquerque to be able to drive into town to explore. We also got to take horses out around the immense and stunning property at the ranch. « The bed in the small bedroom (at the end of the hall) is too small for an adult and is not very comfortable. Also, a large number of ants entered the house through a hole, at floor level, in the door frame between the two adjacent bedrooms at the end of the hallway (which we plugged temporarily with paper towel). « The location of this property is absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful mountain views, quiet and serene. However, the house itself does not seem to be prepared for guests. The outside of the home needs some tending to, specifically removing the weeds on the porch and by the firepit so guests can relax without worrying about ants and flies. The inside of the home is very pretty, but again some little things, like fixing the screen door to the patio so it doesn't slam each time you go out and adding...
