We had a wonderful stay for a week at this property. Everyone was so friendly and it was located close to the hiway and Tijuana border, which we needed for medical appointments.
We enjoyed our stay and felt very taken care of.

I reversed the double queen beds room through Expedia. I received the confirmation and payment receipt via email. However when we arrived, the hotel representative told us they did not receive the payment. We contacted Expedia and they gave us two options-refund or reallocate. It was 11pm and we were so tired we didn’t want to reallocate so we accept full refund and request to book through hotel directly. Expedia cancelled our reservation then that room was booked immediately by another person...

Room was clean and spacious. We had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was great.
Hotel staff (front desk and breakfast area) were very attentive and friendly. Had no issues with parking.

Very clean and well maintained, i also liked the free parking and good breakfast, and convenient location to SD downtown. I am glad we made the good decision booking this wonderful hotel for 5 nights. Would strongly recommend to my friends.

This is a well managed and cared for property. It’s an older building, but it’s cared for. It offers a great vibe and the hotel staff and cafe staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms are small, but provide you with the necessities and the beds are comfy with lots of pillows. The property is not close to any relevant beaches or attractions, but It is right of the I-5 and it has the transit train station a block away. I’d stay at the rambler again without thinking twice.

Tropical style like hotel in the middle of San Diego. Amazing property with a beautiful pool and jacuzzi. Nice relaxing area with the fire pits. I was only missing breakfast options during Mon-Fri and limited dinner options after 8pm.

Beautiful property facing San Diego Bay with views of downtown and Coronado Bridge. Rooms are spacious , we were upgraded to queen partial bay view with balcony as Expedia VIP. Huge bathroom with standup shower and large soaker tub. The grounds and pool are gorgeous. Each building has its own themed garden, we enjoyed strolling around. Nice views of the bay from the property as well , right beside a marina you can book boats and bicycles. Unfortunately tennis courts were converted to...
