"The remodeling is beautiful, however our room had a water leak at the top of toilet. I waa there for 1 night, it was reported when i checked our but there was no incentive offered or apology. Perhaps a discount from the 1 night stay or credit for future booking. "

"We got upgraded and treated well upon arrival and for the duration of our stay. Upgrades are always a nice perk when traveling."
