"The apartment was as advertised and the owners were very communicative and helpful. Loved the fact that we could walk to just about anywhere downtown (made trips to Escalante, Central Market area, San Pedro Mall...and the Zoo is literally next door. We paid to visit in the morning and they let us go back in that afternoon without paying. Only "issues" we had was no AC (bedroom ceiling fan)and my 1st world comforts spouse had issues with throwing TP in the waste receptacle rather than flushing....

"We rented this location due to the seating availability as we were having 14 guests for our wedding reception and at the last minute (DAY BEFORE THE EVENT) we were told that only 6 people including ourselves would be permitted to be on the property. This caused a major disruption to our plans and we were left with food for 14 people that could not be used. Plus having to reschedule the wedding itself and need of a different location on less that 20 hours notice. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS OWNER...
