Run down old place great staff excluding last male behind front desk . He had a shaved head . Was impolite , tried to charge me for a breakfast I was told was included by my booking and when I was there said no !

Property failed to get us in at check in. They had us waiting for an hour and refused to give us a refund. They “upgraded” us to a room that looked exactly to what I reserved. Lost a very important business meeting due to having to wait around for our room and management.

After a week in a cabin in the Nosara jungle, it was delicious to come to an air conditioned spot with an exquisite big pool and cable tv! I really appreciated a hot shower and all the amenities. Although I had paid for the taxi outside of normal business hours, that wasn’t on time, but it all worked out

This is a beautiful and well appointed hotel in a great location from the airport. We loved the multiple pools and various areas for recreation. There is a nice restaurant on site, so you don't have to be concerned about leaving to eat. Prices are decent, and the quality is good. I do not reccomend ordering virgin cocktails as they will charge you the same price as of they contained alcohol, but other than that, it was good. Staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly, we felt very welcome.The airport shuttle was no hassle and we had great service from our driver.
