Lovely, quiet hotel in Old Montreal. Service was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was convenient, tasty and a bargain. Highly recommend this hotel.

The layout was very nice and it was in a very walkable area. However, the property wasn't secure. The door was left unlocked and that was a little unsettling. The place was spacious and fit me and my family very well. However, I'd read on previous ratings that the owner doesn't answer. The owner didn't answer any of my messages prior to the trip or during. I thought that was odd. For example, it would've been helpful to know what we do with the towels when leaving or if we were required to strip the beds. Also please have someone fix the door lock, it's a little loose and janky. Other than that it was a good place

The property is not listed as advertised. It listed 1 king size bed, 1 Queen bed and 1 double bed. But we just got 2 king size beds when we got there.

l’hôtel- appartement est super! Un peu difficile à trouver mais très propre. Si vous êtes sensible au bruit extérieur ce n’est peut-être pas l’endroit idéal pour séjourner. C’est bruyant!

My wife and I just spent two days and three nights here, and we had a very good time. The good: the location was exactly what we wanted (we know Montreal a bit), and the neighborhood is full of interesting places, and access to the rest of the city is great from here. The apartment gave us a feeling of having our own home for a few days, and it was great having a parking spot too. But there were a lot of maybe's, at the same time. Here are some that struck us; and I know everyone is different. The stairs that you walk up to get to the apartment are filthy. The lockbox to use the back entrance was broken, so that access was not available. There were no racks to hang wet towels on. The dryer had dry sheets in it, so we couldn't use it. We were in a French-speaking city, in a French neighborhood, and all of the tv channels were in English: what gives with that? I expected to watch French on TV. There was a Keurig machine, but no instructions on how to use it (I had never used one). All in all, I liked it, though I had some back problems with the bed. I would recommend it to others, though you should know there are a few issues to be ironed out.
