I did not like that my room had no working USB charging outlet. All three of them were non-working. So surprised that a hotel with the reputation that Marriot has would be so poor in the most basic of accomodations.

The staff at the BISTRO in the lobby were outstanding and this group really knows how to cook. Quality of food was fresh and well presented. Their hours were very convenient for guests. Nice group of workers !

The amenities nor the address are represented on the website. The room had a mini fridge, microwave, iron & board, ice, plenty of charging outlets.for devices. Next to UC Davis this hotel is popular with families staying to visit hospitalized patients. We always travel with ear plugs so neighbors noise doesn’t disturb us, but did notice signs to be respectful with noise. Visiting family living in Sacramento we didn’t use the facilities as much as we would have liked. It’s well maintained and well run. We would stay there again.

The hotel is nasty and smells like dogs and cats. The receptionist was non leaneant and unhospitable and kept telling me that there is nothing she can do for me because i booked with a 3rd party (expedia) and to communicate my concerns to expedia.

When I arrived the room was very dirty, the curtains were stained, the floor was stained and the shower had mold and an unworkable shower head. I was able to get the room switched that night, the staff gave me free breakfast. The new room was okay but the hotel felt shady and unsafe at times. Just a warning this hotel is further from downtown and is attached to a hospital.

Nice place. Everything was clean and in order. Got a room with 2 queen beds for the night. Wish they didn't charge for parking. Not a lot of people were there when we went. Nice and quiet.

Room is aged and poorly lit, and air conditioning was too noisy. TV screen could not be turned off and glowed brightly all night. Won't go back.

The hotel was clean and was the location of our business event. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only downside, we had to drive outside of area to find a place to eat dinner.

Great hotel except for the parking spaces. Way too narrow. Can't park and get out of the car unless you are on the end. Just slightly larger than the car.

For some reason we were in a handicapped room which made me feel so uncomfortable because what of someone came that actually needed it. It was fine - nothing fancy at all. In need of an update. Tv didn’t work well, AC didn’t work well… but we slept and went on our way.

Great place to stay while visiting patients at the UC Davis Hospital. A short walking distance through the Shriners Hospital access. Quiet and clean. Only down side was the hot tub was out of commission and the coffee from the cafe was not good. --- Overall a great place to stay though.

VERY convenient for patients of UCD Hospital. Whole staff was courteous & helpful. I would strongly recommend this hotel for anyone who needs the services of the hospital.

I will stay here again.
The AC was the main problem with the fan turning on and off and waking me up. Also the man next door was having a loud phone conversation at 2 a.m. but that's not the hotel's fault. I thought all the staff was helpful and the location is great for visiting people in the UC Davis medical buildings.

I will definitely be staying at this location again. Having a child with special needs its hard to find a place that he feels comfortable. The staff a manager was really understanding when i had to leave earlier from my trip that is very hard to find now a days.
