"The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped, and had a beautiful view of the mountains, with a patio outside. The owner, Francine, was very welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond on several occasions to make our experience the best it could be. There was access to wonderful hiking trails nearby, just be prepared for some steep inclines! One thing to note is that the resort area of Crans-Montana is very expensive, but there are many great things to do and see there....

"We really enjoyed our stay in this authentic farmhouse. The decorations and woodwork were amazing. Comfortable beds and, despite being an older home, all the modern conveniences. The location is in a beautiful community and we loved our walks through the town. "Nice chalet style hotel with a nice bar. Quite overpriced though for what you get. The spa is very small and operates on a booking schedule. The breakfast is quite limited (they also charge you 14 CHF for an avocado toast). The Frenchie restaurant is very overpriced with an ambitious but underperforming menu. Also stay away from the extremely overpriced Swiss wines. Staff is friendly though. All in all, would be a good hotel if it cost half as much as it does now."

Beds very comfy, bathrooms small but functional. Dining table easily accommodates 4 plus a couple of visitors! Location is perfect and the pub (Fer) is very close for an excellent pizza and beer. I was in rush to the train station to catch the hourly train back to Montreux but could only reached the hotel to retrieve my luggage 10 min before the train departure. The staff offered an exceptional drive for me so that I could catch the train. That gave me an excellent first impression of the Swiss!"

"Attached to the thermal baths and Nordic Spa is super convenient (access included in hotel rate). Staff try really hard to make it a pleasant experience. The rooms are reasonably up to date, though the bathrooms are smallish, particularly the showers. Dining options are slightly limited with the onsite buffet and the nearby Chalet a la carte Swiss traditional food. The included breakfast was decent basic offering, not high end. Overall a very pleasant and convenient way to do the Bains. "
