Description
Beautiful new chalet 180 m2 on 3 levels, pine and larch, with slate roof, which can accommodate up to 14 people.
7 rooms for 2 people, 2 with double bed, 3 bathrooms, sauna, living room with kitchen, ski / shoes, laundry, large south facing terrace and large balconies.
Parking near the chalet. Land 1000 m2.
Chopicalqui, which takes its name from one of the highest peaks of the Cordillera Blanca in the Peruvian Andes, was built and decorated by a family of mountain lovers.

Equipment
Inside: laundry room with washer and dryer, sauna, kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave, living room with flat screen TV and wood stove.
Outside: Private parking, barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs.

Situation
Chopicalqui is approx. 2. 5 kms from the center of Haute-Nendaz, near the village of Saclentse and halfway between the resort of Haute-Nendaz and Siviez heart of the 4 Valleys ski area.
The cottage is located in a gated community with a private road. In winter the road is cleared by snow plow. Access requires appropriate equipment (snow tires, chains, etc.). In summer close to walks along the irrigation channels.
Magnificent views of the valleys of the Rhone and the Printze and the Bernese Alps. Absolute calm.

Great Chalet

Great chalet, very well equipped. Cosy living room and bed rooms with view. Additional sauna. Great starting point for hikes in case of little snow in winter. We definitely recommend this place for large groups!

Heerlijk genoten van dit prachtige chalet

We hebben met de hele familie heerlijk genoten van dit prachtige chalet. Alles was aanwezig en ruim voldoende. Genoeg en ruime slaapkamers. We miste een paar dingen, maar na een bericht naar de verhuurder, werden dat dezelfde avond nog gebracht. Dus al met al een top vakantiehuis, we kunnen dit zeer aanraden.

Casa recomendable para grupo grande

La casa está muy bien y cuenta con lo necesario para pasar unos días estupendos. Sería recomendable colocar una mampara en la bañera del baño de planta alta para no salpicar el baño entero al ducharse. Muy recomendable

Schönen Winterurlaub gehabt

Das Haus befindet sich in toller Lage mit super Blick. Die Ausstattung ist gut, wir haben nichts vermisst und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Empfehlung: für ein so großes Haus gibt es nur eine Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine und es kann lang dauern, bis jeder morgens seinen Kaffee hat. Die Heizung war ausgefallen, wurde aber von der Agentur schnell behoben.

Schön und gemütlich

Es hat allen sehr gut gefallen. Besonders die Sauna wurde rege benutzt. Der Ofen im Wohnraum trug zu einer sehr gemütlichen Atmosphäre am Abend bei. Wir schätzten auch den grossen Balkon mit schöner Aussicht. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts. Alles war in sehr sauberen Zustand.

Ferien mit Freunden

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Kleine Wiese hinter dem Haus für diverse Spiele. Die Terrasse und der Wohnbereich bat genügend Platz. Der Kamin und die Inneneinrichtung sorgten für Gemütlichkeit. Es fehlte uns nichts. Dankeschön.

Ruhig gelegenes, komfortables Chalet

Es war alles genau so wie beschrieben. Das Chalet ist in sehr gutem und sauberem Zustand, und es ist herzlich und komfortabel eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist gut zum Wandern oder Ruhe geniessen.
