"This was located in a superb spot in Dresden. The host was really kind and accommodating. They met us upon our arrival to go over the house rules and show us the features of the apartment. We stayed with our 80kg Great Dane and 3 children. There were basically 6 people staying here and there was PLENTY of room. I highly recommend staying at this location."

"Lovely apartment, pretty good location (as described). Very poor communication. I messaged a few weeks before check in to ask that the sofa bed be made up and he replied saying it would. I then messaged a few days before check in to confirm and had no reply. When we arrived the sofa bed was not made up as requested. I then asked a few simple questions throughout our stay which did not receive a response. (I asked if there was a dish brush and for some help with how to use the dishwasher). After...

"Tolles Apartment in exzellenter Lage. Kommunikation war top. Als eine Komplikation aufgetreten ist, wurde schnell reagiert. Auch wenn dies hätte schon vor Ankunft vermieden werden können, geht es bei einem Problem darum wie man drauf reagiert und nicht ob ein Problem entstanden ist. Reaktion war Top. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten in der Ausstattung fehlen, dies ist aber schon meckern auf hohem Niveau. Absolute Empfehlung!"
