Do not stay here! There is so much mold in the bathroom/room/hallway. Horrible accommodation. The bed is very uncomfortable as well. Nothing luxury about this property.

The property is located at a very nice area, very walkable. The only thing I didn’t like was that I smelled cleaning supplies all night, either the cleaning crew sprayed a lot of detergent or the linens were not properly rinsed. It was very bothering in the entire room. Other than that, it was clean and cute!

Nice little guesthouse
Really nice little guesthouse. In a superb location for walking around Rome. Very easy to check in (just make sure you pay the taxes prior to arrival and provide your ID). Keys were in the lockbox provided with all relevant information sent the previous day. Was quiet, comfortable. And the sister hotel allowed to store our luggage at their hotel on the final day which was really appreciated by us as it meant we could go out and enjoy our final day.

We loved this property on our vacation. The location was excellent. The area was extremely safe and we felt comfortable walking around. Within a block of transportation. Restaurants all around us. The room was very comfortable. Updated bathrooms and very clean. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling to Rome.

BEWARE!!!! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!!! You have to go to a different location to get key. They never gave us the key, but were quick to collect the taxes immediately. Then had to take taxi to the actual guesthouse. The taxi would not go down the street where the guesthouse is. Once at the guesthouse, the key was not in lockbox. We had to wait 40 minutes for personnel to bring us the key, claimed they forgot to give it to us. THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT HERE IN THE STATES WOULD SHUT THEM DOWN IMMEDIATELY. This guesthouse has mold. You can tell they tried to scrub it clean. It's dirty and has a musty smell. The staff was not helpful at all, extremely rude, claimed to have no staff to address the plumbing leak as well. They DO NOT CARE what you are going through. NO CUSTOME SERVICE. We had to find another hotel during the Ryder Cup event where all hotels were sold out. We ended up finding a hotel 15 minutes outside of town. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Location was great but the room was terrible. The air conditioning did not work well, room was hot which made it very uncomfortable. The mini fridge also did not work well, so couldn’t cool any drinks to stay refreshed. The water had to be shut off due to a maintenance issue, which meant no ability to wash or bath for almost a full day. The management offered no compensation. Strongly suggest not staying here.

Great location
Location is excellent. I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to visit and see. The room is clean and comfortable. The check in process was unique at this location. I had to call 20 mins prior to my arrival in order for the receptionist to meet me at the property to check me in since there is no receptionist there. It feels more like an air bnb than a hotel. Anyways, she was punctual upon my arrival, very nice and gave me great recommendations since it was my first time to Rome. Overall, great place to stay unless you’re looking for a typical hotel experience.

Nice room great location
It is basically an apartment turned into 3 hotel like room. The check in is from 14:30 to 17:30, if it later you need to pay 25 euro. I think it would be more fair the owner would just scheduled with the visitors. Sound proofing is not soo good. The room itself is very big and the showers are great! Perfect location.

Little gem in the heart of Rome
This is an amazing, quirky B&B, within a 3 minute walk of the Trevi fountain. The nearest Metro stop is only 200m away and it is only 2 stops to Termini Station. It is a 3 bedroom apartment, with communal kitchen, table & chairs and outdoor patio area. The bedroom & en-suite were modern, clean and very comfortable for our 4 night stay. Breakfast is local continental, is available between 8am-9.30am and can be served in the room or kitchen area. Communication was clear, prompt and primarily through WhatsApp. They even facilitated an early check in at 1pm, as our flight was early. The staff we meet at check in and breakfast/cleaning service were very friendly and helpful. My two small criticisms are that the bedside lamp lightbulbs, are far too bright and would dazzle you and that you can only use the iron, when staff are in the apartment, in the morning for breakfast/cleaning service, as apparently they had an incident, where a previous guest, left the iron on and nearly burnt the place down! I think an iron is an absolutely necessity, for any traveller and should be available 24/7 unsupervised. I would recommend any visitor to Rome, to stay at Spagna Luxury n’ Trevi and get a luxury stay in central Rome, for considerable less than a hotel equivalent.

The apartment was not easy to locate and was not as near to main locations as listed The rooms were refurbished to a good standard but needed some maintenance, the tap on the wash basin was loose and so was the hair dryer wall fitting. The black paintwork needed touching up and informative posters were hanging by sticky tape there was also a large hole in the wall behind the main door. The breakfast service was excellent, Rosalina was very attentive. There were chips on the cereal bowls and glasses in the room. Tinned fruit was served where we were expecting fresh. These may be minor details but they all detract from the word Luxury.

Great location easily accessed from Fiumicino. On this occasion tour the hour drive bus to Termini. Return fare with Tam bus £9. Bus depart every half an hour. Then took taxi. Bus you could also take the subway to Piazza Barberini. Greeted at the Apart hotel by a lovely hotel host. She gave me an orientation tour. She was very gracious and helpful. The junior suite title is not accurate as it is a very comfortable decent size room. A very sexy round bed. Double rain shower. Breakfast served as you wish in your room , small terrace or common area. Excellent commu nication via WhatsApp from the time you book and throughout your stay. Minus, I like to investigate. Behind the Tv needs to be dusted and exterior bathroom grouting to be redone. Thus justifying the luxury tittle. Otherwise a very pleasant stay in a very central location restaurants , subway, tour bus within 3 mn walk. Or even across from the hotel. Main tourists side accessible in foot within minutes. Had it been possible I would have enjoyed another night.
